Do you offer a free initial consultation?

Our attorneys are  happy to talk with you for free about your situation over the telephone prior to scheduling a meeting. Once we hear a little about your situation, we’ll let you know our initial thoughts and how we can help you. If you wish to schedule an appointment, we do charge a reasonable hourly fee for that meeting.

How much do you charge?

While some law firms charge clients several thousand dollars to take their cases, we bill only for the actual time we spend on your matter. Our attorneys and legal assistants have hourly rates that are discussed with you in advance. If you have questions about our rates, please don’t hesitate to contact us at (919) 863-4183.

Where are you located?

Our law office is in Suite 100 of 3737 Glenwood Avenue in Raleigh and is easily accessible from the Raleigh Beltline, Cary, the RTP, Durham, and surrounding areas. We’re also happy to meet with clients in their homes, at hospitals or nursing facilities, or via telephone conferences.
